What’s the Retrofit About?
So, the main goal here was to modernize the Windsor injection unit. It’s a solid machine, but let’s be honest—it was getting a bit outdated. We wanted to improve performance, reduce downtime, and make maintenance easier.
What Did We Change?

First, we replaced the old control system with a new, more flexible one. The original system was limited and a bit of a pain to troubleshoot.

We upgraded the sensors and wiring—some of the old ones were either unreliable or no longer supported.

We also added remote access, so now we can monitor and adjust parameters without standing next to the machine. Super handy.

Finally, we’ve cleaned up the interface—it’s now much more user-friendly and intuitive.
