One of the biggest challenges with older injection molding machines is their obsolete and unreliable control systems. When the electronics become unstable, production suffers – downtime, inconsistent processes, and rising maintenance costs.
That’s why we carried out a complete control system replacement on several vertical rubber injection molding machine (year 1998 - 2011, 4000 - 6000 kN clamping force).
